Due to all units being handmade and/ or custom, ALL SALES ARE FINAL
NO REFUNDS WILL BE HONORED.

Unitsbylex does not accept exchanges or returns due to sanitary reasons. 
However, if there's a mistake on our behalf we will happily accept the unit back in its original state in return of your correct order within 3 business days of receiving.

We have the right to decline items if they have been tampered with or sent back past the 3 business day period.

Please note that customer orders may slightly vary from pictures shown.

Unitsbylex is not responsible for improperly fitted wigs. Before purchasing, please be sure to properly measure your head on a FLAT foundation for best results.

UnitsByLexLLC is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once it is handed off to the shipping carrier.
